CTR, in Malleshwaram, is an iconic breakfast spot in Bengaluru, serving their famous, waxy-looking, benne masala dosey in their signature yellow plates.The amount of ghee used in their doseys is heart stopping, but thats the reason why they are the softest, yet crispiest doseys you will find nowhere else. There is usually a long line of ardent CTR fans waiting for a table, but when we went on a weekday at 8am, the restaurant was almost empty!
